not really adding much to this conversation i don't guess, but i have a buddy who has the rocky mountain radar judge scrambler/detector and he absolutely swears by it. i have a few cop buddies, im wanting to borrow it and just see if it legitimitely "scrambles" as they say it does.

not saying im right, but i also tend to agree with this. ive gotten to where i love a 2" filet sous vide and finished in the cast iron, but prefer to high heat grill a ribeye. didnt care for it near as much in the sous vide, and felt like it was because the fat didnt render as it does on direct high heat grill

they are already cooked, so really hot water with seasoning, steam, grill, oven, smoker, all they need is to get hot and you will be good to go. we sell tons of them in our seafood business and i have customers that will never do anything besides smoke them anymore.
well done sir, well done. the flood of memories from the reading this post was amazing. i feel like i can remember it to a T. at some point when i visit, im just gonna have to try the 2 amigos just because

same exact situation here. loved that place. ive read through this whole thread, and although birthday pinatas have been mentioned a couple times, but what about getting a polaroid of you and stuck the big cork board out front on your birthday..
i remember standing in that line, up against that wall, and it seemed like it was hours, like waiting for a ride at disney world or some shite... good times. makes me want to try the dos amigos next time im in town

This reminds me of the Mike Long story and how he did all his bass fishing cheating. its a long read, but well worth it. this whole story was unreal to me.

i've got the 2500 ones with the wireless remote on the boom on our crawfish catering trailer and have never had an issue besides the batteries in the remote. granted its not lifting/pulling the loads as it might on a 4 wheeler, but is used alot more and have never had it ever even hiccup. keep spare winch in the rig just as a backup and its never even had the box opened over 2 crawfish seasons
show me some purple and gold Ultraboost and money will fly out of my account!
