Born and raised in Baton Rouge. Took a while to enroll, took too long to finish, but I did. Not doing too bad for a poor boy from a shitty background.

Both parents graduated from LSU. I graduated from LSU with a BS in 2018 and a doctorate in 2022. Both of my siblings also graduated with a BS from LSU.
Big love for LSU

Best i got was my great grandpaw retired in the late 80s just so he could go to Omaha every year after 86. He was told by his boss that he could go but wouldn't have a job. He took them up on the offer

I looked at a couple places out of state. Made more sense with TOPS to stay in state. To this day I'm glad I chose LSU. Fantastic experience.

Family, close and extended. Grew up LSU, you’d think some bled purple and gold. One daughter attended, she was groomed to be a Tiger. My other chose elsewhere.

Played ball in Tiger Stadium for what was then a 1-AA school. We were a rent-a-win game for LSU. Went back a couple of years later to get the full stadium experience but flooded my rental car in a neighborhood behind campus. When it got done sinking it was totally submerged. Had to crawl out of the window while it was on the way down, ha!

The man that took us in and got us dry said I was allowed to be a real Tiger fan since I didn't die in his yard, haha! 20+ years later I'm still die-hard Purple and Gold.

I've been fortunate enough to get the wife and kids down to experience the magic as well. They love the Tigers as much as I do.

The dollar general within walking distance of my trailer park has LSU merch so I just became a fan.

Class of 2013 and my wife is Class of 2014.

We are the only ones in our family to go to LSU.

My dad went to Michigan. Lots of cousins split between ULL and UNO.

My dad played football at LSU in the 80s. Started going to games with him as a kid in 95 and haven’t missed many since. Graduated in 2013.

Class of ‘08

Got dunked on by Tyrus Thomas at the UREC years prior to the final four run.

IMO 2003-09 was the greatest era of LSU athletics
