It’s a section 8 mecca. Frequent articles touting how many affordable housing units they have there. Section 8 and other forms of subsidized housing is the cancer that kills most cities.
Once a “Housing Authority” gets a foothold and starts to funnel money to “affordable housing units” then the flight begins.
Section 8 itself isnt the problem. My parents used it while my father got out of the army and attended college. Allowing people to use Section 8 their entire lives is the problem. Government assistance should ALWAYS have an expiration date.

I’ve seen my Yankees win 5 out of 7 chances in my lifetime. Highly doubt the Rays could even come close

Couldn't a fleet of those pressure washing drones with AI do this in a month?
From what I have read, the exterior of the building has limestone, which cannot be pressure washed. That’s why they’re taking the different tiles off and chemically treating them.

Got dunked on by Tyrus Thomas at the UREC years prior to the final four run.
IMO 2003-09 was the greatest era of LSU athletics

Even when I used to go to Zephyr's games, there was barely anyone there. Louisiana doesn't seem to have the appetite for it but that was years ago.
Build a downtown stadium and the Zephyrs would have a chance to be a well supported AAA team. Def not MLB

I have family living in the Harper’s Ferry area.

We bought a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport as a commuter car for my wife.
I knew the mechanical reputation their 2.4L engine had. But the 100k mile warranty and being anal retentive in oil changes lowered my concerns.
We bought new at $21k and paid off in 3yrs.
Just reached 120k miles. Had the dealer give the engine block an acid bath at 98k miles. Engine consumes 1qt/1000mi. I meticulously keep oil topped and changed regularly.
Takes effort but no payment feels great
