When it’s necessary, sure. But Ivan turned at the last minute. The last couple of events “meteorologists” told us we were gonna have it bad. He said we weren’t and he was correct.

Yeah. I’m out when another Ida comes through. We had always previously evacuated when necessary bc of kids. But they are grown and gone now so stuck it out. Not again.
Legalized theft. There’s class action talk in Jefferson Parish about this.
Have shopped at Mandeville location and have found good stuff. And can be traded back in to offset new purchases.

Add a good probiotic. Not a vet or expert but have read and experienced gut health can be related to skin issues. It may also help the itching. I did alot of research bc one of my dogs has mast cell cancer and gets really itchy when she has histamine releases, even when on daily Benadryl. The usual seasonal allergies will do it.
Four Leaf Rover and Adored Beast have good products. Or you can try plain Lifeway kefir (my fav grocery go to for probiotic by the yogurt), plain Greek yogurt, or goats milk. Read labels on the store products to be sure no xylitol or birtch sugar/other sugar alcohols. That would be mostly on the sugar free and low fat. I stick with whole milk versions.
One other thing. Quit bathing so much. Google “skin protective layer, itching and dogs.”

Watermelon on hot summer days can’t be beat. Keep it in my fridge June-August.
Grilled cheese with sliced Velveeta. Nice and gooey.

Good link thx. Looks like one of the meds is the fish antibiotic, if I’m remembering correctly. Can grab that at the pet store if still otc for fish. I read a funny social media post once of those who stock up on it and it’s healed their fish’s toothaches, and so on.
Ha. This one was ugly and looked so cheap.

I saw a 4Runner that seemed to be all plastic on the outside. Looked like a newer model and have never seen one so ugly.

Do you think it’s possible bc it was incorrectly treated? Nobody knew what to do. It was clear vents and meds being used were a death sentence. I’d later read something about that.
Not a whiff, a parent. And just thinking more on the side of safety. Him riding his dirt bike where it’s safe is perfectly fine.
Eh. If he wants to ride it in a field or off road, have it. But his parents should take it there. An 11 year old doesn’t belong on the street driving one.
Agree. He should have been on that bike nor in the street.

I don’t care what happened to her.
Friend go, they enjoy it. 2 years ago a rescue was there so they came home with a pup. Lol.
