Awesome list to have handy if venturing out during Mardi Gras season. I’d be surprised if someone has sampled every cake listed. Keller’s in Lafayette is the best I’ve had.

Lake Charles unfortunately just has Rouses. Chime in if there’s a better signature one.

Thee Heavenly Donut - Baton Rouge & St. George

Somebody brought one to work last year and it was pretty damn good. The bread was more of a donut which made it really soft.

Randazzo’s. I tried the Dong Phong because some people said it was really good. Didn’t live up to expectations. I’d take Randazzo’s over any other.

Delicious Donuts in LC seems to always be mentioned in Lagniappe’s “Best Of” edition. Would imagine it would be better than rouses.
