Mainly just a locker room with more than one shower. The new one looks like it will have pools and a gym which I would also use

I currently have a membership at Anytime fitness which I enjoy. I pay around $40 a month for it.
I see the Y has a promotion right now for a $0 joining fee and was thinking about the switch. With the Y it looks like I'll be paying $57 membership fee + $5 for the 24-hour access at the downtown Y.
I live in midcity so I'd be most likely splitting time with the downtown location and the new location on Foster when it's done being built.
Would it be worth the switch? I'm mainly looking for better facilities
