Just had this test done in Lafayette. Same symptoms. PVCs induced by steroid injections in my spine. Completed a stress test and echocardiogram, both covered by insurance. Calcium score I was told was not covered but cash pay was $50 for the scan. Last month I got a bill for $150 from some radi...
