I had to go pick up a prescription for my son today, and as I was walking in front of the registers, I asked one of their associates something and this lady turned, looked me dead in my face and told me, “Sorry, I no speak English.” How in the hell does Sven even get a job?

In order to create an efficient operation, most positions had to be dumbed down. Consequently any dummy could do the job and that’s what you get.

Plus the make enough checkout aisles to handle peak holiday volume but they don’t staff near enough when I’m around. Just funnel everything to two checkouts except for after work shopping and they still don’t staff enough lanes.

Wichita has the widest rang of nice to trashy Wal Mary’s I’ve ever seen. There’s one on the far north side that is super super nice and clean and orderly and all around impressive for a Walmart. Then you go to the south side and it’s a whole new world. Since I’ve been here last August there’s been at least two robberies, one of which ended with a knife in the neck of the victim, and I think a third assault.

Shits weird.
