He has one year left I believe.

Gotcha. I didn't realize his injury last year happened so early in the season.

I was doing household shite during games this year and just casually watching after the ole miss game.

Yep. Me too. I was so productive around the house this football season. I'm going to need to start working on lowering my wife's expectations for next fall.
Me too. I was actually pretty checked out on LSU football in general. I thought it was just the stage of life I was in and LSU athletics wasn't as important to me as it used to be, but Kiffin has rejuvenated my spirit!

I guess my apathy was mostly related to BK after all.

Pyburn shares experience

Carpenter learns.

I wonder if any of our other young DEs can learn from Pyburn, or if only Carpenter will benefit.

But, it's fluid, right?
In no particular order...

Hiring Jimbo
Dameyune Craig
Those cups
The game that led to the fricking cups
Jimbo's nephew

I didn't have much animosity at all toward them before 2018.

yea he just about made his prediction worthless with that comment

Naw. With both recruits and journalists, you have to watch what they do not what they say. They say a bunch of shite, but their actions are much more telling about their intentions.

Those guys don't really change their predictions lightly.

Nope, '24. He had literally just signed a couple weeks ago, and now he's out.

Wow. Crazy. I wonder why he couldn't just get a release. Early enrollee and school started already?

'23, right?

shopped him around in high school. It’s how he landed at Neville. Mom got a house in Monroe. Sadly, she’s running things.

What kind of person is so obsessed with winning high school football games that they would buy/rent a house for a family just so the kid could play football for a certain high school?

Y'all can point the finger at the mom and say she's the problem for "shopping" the kid, but it's insane to me that there are "buyers" out there for high school athletes.

There are obviously people willing to pay for the services of high school athletes, so why shouldn't a family consider improving their situation for a few years? I don't know the specifics of their situation, but I can't blame anyone for taking advantages of opportunities to better their families.

Yeah, you can tell by all those head coaching championships and wins against Bama.

Are you saying Jimbo is a better coach because he won a championship 10 years ago and beat Alabama one time?

Kiffin is a much better coach than Jimbo

I'd say more disturbing.

Of course you would.

80% of the top 50 2025 DL recruits are uncommitted.

This thread is idiotic panic mongering.

How does Jefferson not have one more year?

He’s played 4 full seasons and a redshirt, but should still have the free Covid year.

His "redshirt" year was his Covid year. He's played in more than 4 games in 5 different seasons.

2019 - 11 Games (FR)
2020 - 6 Games (rsFR - Covid)
2021 - 13 Games (So)
2022 - 12 Games (Jr)
2023 - 13 Games (Sr)
