I’ve lived in New Orleans for 60+ years. I’ve never been a victim of crime. I go out all the time but only visited bourbon st maybe 5 times in the last 10 years. Everything and everyplace in New Orleans is superior to bourbon st

Nuss can throw but can’t do anything else at all. Can’t even dress up tonight because he’s a coward.
You people are just stupid. Blake baker is a great coach. Our offensive stinks. Nuss was horrible. We lost to ole miss, bama, and OU all playoff teams because of offense,not defense.

I think Nuss was lazy and not very bright. He definitely regressed this year. To think if we had Tulane’s QB we might have one loss. Lost to ole miss, vandy, bama, and OU but could have won all four with a halfway decent QB. Nuss blew the hatch. He was awful
Why would you quick kneel ? If you’re taking snap in shotgun at least take some time before kneeling. Could have run it out even with the dumb penalty. Cmon hank.
Clown show to end. Hank might have to give it up after this display. Amazing how fast the shine can fade to nothing.

Actually st Charles only had 2 timeouts left. Shaw could have knelt it out. They did a victory formation in shotgun which cost them 20 yards. Stupid. Helmet throwing penalty stopped clock thus giving st Charles a 3rd timeout. Punter punted ball sideways. Almost impossible to lose the game but Shaw managed to.

There are certain things one picks up in culture, reading, learning. Do you know Beethovens Moonlight Sonata? Ever heard of Harry Truman or Roberto Clemente? How about Socrates or is all of that a boomer thing also?

Another reason is they don’t collect taxes. Only from certain businesses but not all. You can imagine the aptitude in the collections dept. most city workers don’t know what they’re doing except to make life difficult for citizens. They are expert at that.
People are blaming white flight but the truth is that New Orleans is whiter than it’s been for decades and trending whiter. The problem lies in the HUNDREDS of NGOs, special orgs., etc receiving money year after year. Also when you pay S&WB past presidents $200,000.00 retirement for life (5) right now and Audubon heads getting $750,000 to manage animals etc etc etc. need to cut all that out and start over.
