Another school released their details today. It’s not intrusive to homes. It’s not intrusive to holidays and summer time. It is AT SCHOOL ONLY. As it should be.
This is your quote on the last page. Sorry, you said it was released yesterday not last week.
In actuality the details were released on May 6th.

Vermillion Catholic is a private institution. You don’t have constitutional rights against private institutions.

Did I state it was CC? Pay attention bud. My child attends STM. There are many feeder schools.

You get that email too? It seemed pretty clear cut

Many Catholic schools are implementing these policies nation-wide with a big emphasis on no smart phones or social media through eighth grade. It’s a great idea.

I don’t know how they will enforce such a ban… but I love the step in trying.
I will keep my kids off social media as long as possible.

It's many public school districts, too. But, the districts that issued Chromebooks to everyone also tend to re-direct teaching to Youtube videos. Same same.

don’t see how they would be able to govern this. Any of those kids could make an Oweo2 TD handle and no one would know
So they make a fake account, and don't let all the other kids know who they are? How do they explain the pictures of themselves posted?
The hard part is actually naming the apps. School teachers have class or school apps that talk to kids and parents...are the banned from those too?
Just ban non school activity pictures. It's that simple

In a public school maybe, but as terms to be accepted to a private school they might have a legal leg. Though ill let the ot lawyer baws chime in
