Why do you care?

You still have to be admitted.

They still wouldn't be able to afford books.

They'll fail out quickly.

That's completely up to them. As long as it's not mandated by the government I don't give a frick.

Lol, so what about if your family makes $65,001?

Or $65,100?

Sounds like some lawsuits are about to go down.

Why do i feel like there is an asterisk on this?

Like, it’s also gonna be based off other things as well. I can’t quite think what those might be at the moment but I’m sure the other qualifications will come to me

The UT System allocated $160 million of its oil money for the project.

So 0 tax dollars. Sounds like a good thing.

Eh I'll just keep my current salary and send the kids to trade school. College degrees are jumping the shark anyway.

I'm interested to see how many students will qualify for that through normal admission standards. Or maybe they'll lower the standards to make sure all the money is spent.

It's not even donor money. It's money from their oil properties in West Texas.

I doubt they'll lower the standards for the flagship and the commuter schools probably already have open admissions or very modest admission criteria.

I'd ask for a pay decrease
