I’m no DWI expert, but never say you’re coming from a golf course, bbq, fishing/hunting. He’s loopy but think she overstepped. He’ll likely get out of it.

He was trying explain it was a serious tournament not a group of guys just having fun. Miss police lady already had her mind made up.

I saw another article that said he refused a breathalyzer. Lawyers: what's the move in a situation like that? Blow if you're certain you'll blow zeroes, refuse otherwise? I don't drink and drive, just curious

It’s an OWI in Wisconsin, 1st offense. It’s basically a ticket and it could potentially be reduced further.

Don’t blow unless you’re 1000% certain you’ll pass it. You’re basically already in trouble at that point and you’ll be dealing with it regardless.

Apart for the dwi part..

Did you all hear what she said?

"Unsafe passing on the right..."

I am going to repeat that again for errbody...

Unsafe passing on the right...

I was going to move out of the left lane and into the right, but as soon as the right lane cleared, Tony Romo jumped into the right lane to pass me and I couldn't move over..

Because he was Trying to pass Unsafely on the right.

He may be little off kilter but he's not staggering drunk. Playing golf all day, hot, tired, maybe dehydrated. Loud environment where he can't hear well. That would be my alternate explanation for a jury.

You can’t legally deny the breathalyzer, they assume guilt at that point. In most states you can deny field test without penalty.

If you are certain you are clean it’s best to just tell the officer to whip out the breathalyzer.

Then you blow 0.0 and say you must be on something else so take you in anyways.

Based on that video he should get off. Based on the second video that’s come out he is not getting off.

What the frick did I just watch?

Only thing he’s guilty of is offending that female cop’s fefes. And she cuffed him for no reason.

He seems pretty sober. And he should have insisted on calling his lawyer first.

If I’m on his jury he gets off solely because she’s obviously on a power trip and he seems totally sober.

Females should not be allowed to be cops.

She was still investigating when she cuffed him. He never refused the FST yet she cuffed him to take him to another area. This is improper as it’s a de facto arrest. No Miranda rights when she cuffed him.
