The Valero refinery in benecia is set to close in April/May next year. I honestly don’t know how those cities are going to survive. This is the epitome of biting the hand that feeds you.

Because the beavers wouldn’t have renewed the series if they didn’t get home games (Understandably). There are a lot (A LOT) of deserved criticisms for the politicians and their support of the homeless industrial complex, but a huge amount of the criticism needs to be pointed at the judges in the ninth circuit and the abomination that was Martin v. Boise. The handcuffs they put on cities and towns that did want to enforce anti-camping restrictions had been devastating.

The first thing I can think of is that your iOS version may be old or out of date. Banks (and stock brokers) will quickly stop supporting out of date OS versions or hardware. If this is indeed the case try updating to the latest version of iOS you can (the most current version is iOS is 18.4.1).

I have the Dell Thunderbolt Monitor and it is fantastic. I bought it to replace my dual monitor setup, that was annoying enough with my work laptop (MacBook Pro) when I had to reset it most days, and the monitors being uneven was slowly driving me insane. So I looked for a single monitor that can replace the thunderbolt hub and the dual 4K monitors. I also wanted the monitor to have a fast Ethernet connection for wired data and as many connections as possible for a simple audio interface. There were just a few that met my needs and this Dell was the best one I found. I have had it a year and am blown away by how satisfied I am with it. If you don’t need the kvm features, go with literally any other monitor.
