Sure, but it's just natural to get angry at being falsely accused of anything. I think he probably had a couple beers playing golf, but certainly wasn't drunk. That's why he played it so cool.

I think Tony is a naturally very friendly person.

Yeah, it didn't seem much different than how he appears on TV. Certainly didn't seem plastered. Also seemed like she had him pulled over in the worst spot. Neither of them could hear each other.

Don't have to be drunk to go to jail.

Correct. The margin of error on a breathalyzer can be as high as .05! One drink can raise your BAC to.03. .08 is typically the benchmark for intoxication.

In addition, field sobriety tests are designed to be subjective and impassable by the average sober human. Thus, both tests administered in the field are essentially rigged to give a false positive.

The only accurate test is a blood test, and that requires a warrant. The time required to obtain a warrant also gives time for alcohol in the blood stream to potentially dissipate.

If multiple blood tests are taken, they can observe how BAC rises or falls and extrapolate what it was at the time the driver was pulled over, but this conjecture is considered much less persuasive in court than a positive breathalyzer or failing a field sobriety test.

Thus, always decline the field sobriety test, and never consent to the breathalyzer unless you have had absolutely zero alcohol to drink and haven’t used mouthwash recently.

So, what is a person supposed to do when an inconsiderate prick remains in the left lane and refuses to get over? It happens all of the time.

Sorry Sir... But this considerate prick usually has his right blinker for miles.. Being totally ignored by the people who pass on the right... Happen every single time..If the right lane has a car in it and he is trying to overtake me.. I slow to let the vehicle on the right move forward so the lane can clear and I can get over. -BLINKER ON.-. and as soon as it does.. Some A hole behind behind me guns it into the empty lane on the right and blocks it again. -- Never freaking fails...

I call it.. The Mario Spaghetti Move.

This country has gone to shite when an NFL QB can’t get out of a little OWI charge.

My uncle who’s a retired undercover drug agent always said the same thing. He pointed out the case in BR when the female officer was overpowered at Walmart by a shoplifter and murdered with her own weapon.

It is a separate charge for refusing a breathalyzer test.

Exact Words to tell the cop when he asks you if you have been drinking or he tells you that he smells alcohol.

Officer, I’m Not Going to Answer Questions About What I’ve Had to Eat or Drink.
Am I Free to Go, Or Am I Being Detained?

Right to legal council applies after you are under arrest. A traffic stop is just an investigation. You still have your constitutional rights to remain silent and refuse a search without a warrant.

He looks and sounds intoxicated to me. Not sure how everybody thinks he’s not. Now the cop was a pain in the arse.
