This guy has already been debunked. See any of the other threads mentioning him. He gets "facts" wrong right off the bat.

I'm gonna need my conspiracy folks to start condensing their videos. Ain't nobody got time for that.

Can we just get a synopsis. I hate to be told to listen to a video not knowing what it's going to tell me. I'm already tired of this case.

It's not though. Before 5 minutes in he says AA would be guilty of burglary because he says "looking around in a house" implies intent to steal.

I mean, if he led with that I might've clicked on the video.

There’s a reason B&E exists. Hard to convict someone of burglary if they don’t take anything.

I'll do it by time stamp so people can stop posting it:

2:20
"This is a fully, nearly fully, built house that happened to have been renovated and nobody's living there. The image in people's minds is that it's just up on frames, but it's not, this is a legit house."

3:50
"Under Georgia law, if a person enters a dwelling with intent to commit felony or theft, that person is guilty of burglary. A reasonable person would believe he's not looking around to see where he wants to put his brand new couch. A reasonable person would believe he's trying to look for something. Now, look for something in a house that doesn't belong to you sounds like you have intent to grab something, take something, which is theft."

That doesn't even come close to proving intent of theft.

4:50
"There is a 911 call provided by Gregory McMichael that they visibly see Mr. Arbery in the house, and then they see him running."

The McMichaels never saw Arbery in the house. In their statement to police they say they never saw him until he ran by and decided to follow.

The rest of the video is irrelevant because he bases the rest of his notions on these "facts." They're incorrect.

I'm not watching the video but anyone who put's their trust in a cops legal opinion is an idiot. They aren't trained to decipher simple legal concepts, much less complex ones, they are trained to bring the DA "probable cause." So little is expected of their legal knowledge that SCOTUS doesn't even expect them to know how many working brake lights are needed on a car ( LINK).

I've lost all interest in this case due to the incessant threads and social media virtue signaling.

This whole thing has turned into racist whites trying to justify what these men did, and victimized blacks claiming that they’re being hunted by white people.

People who can be objective have already moved on.

Or trespass. There are certainly circumstances where you can infer an intent to steal, but the glaring issue with Arbery is he didn't take anything.

Intent tends to be a bigger deal when someone's caught prior to a chance to take something. With Arbery, he left without taking anything.

Any police officer condoning the tactics of the McMichaels...it scares me that peraon is a police officer.

Fact: chasing a guy down and pulling a shotgun on him because you want to be a vigilante might get you punched.
