Ah so its your opinion. I thought you were saying you actually saw him point the shotgun at Arbery.

What if Arbery ran around the passenger side of the truck to try and catch Travis by surprise by going in front of the truck to confront Travis?

Since we are coming up with reasons why Arbery ran on the passenger side I came up with one.

What if he just wanted to run down the side of the road where he can see cars approaching?

There's no sound on the video and you don't know what Jr.Redneck said, if anything, to Arbery as he was running up the passenger side of the truck. Sr.Redneck had his son's back.

I swear to god, I can't stand people who can't video a simple event! All they had to do was record the action and instead decided to go sight seeing. I saw different things each time I watched the video of the shooting. At first I thought the guy in the truck fired all 3 shots. But upon watching it again, it looks as if Arbery didn't touch the shotgun before Travis shot him. Again, it's hard because things are so wobbly in the video. But here's the bottom line.

1. McMichaels chased him around the neighborhood based on the fact he looked suspicious. (that could be him running, being black, whatever)

2. McMichaels had zero proof or legal reason to try any sort of citizen's arrest.

3. They blocked the road and put an armed guard with a shotgun to get in his way to prevent him escaping.

4. They killed Arbery.

Everything else is window dressing in trying to either make Arbery look like a saint (he was just jogging) or a criminal in need of shooting (he was caught on camera scoping the place out). None of that matters because the McMichaels decided to try and escalate the situation and become cops. They had no authority under the law whatsoever. Maybe it was racially motivated, maybe not. I seriously doubt they started out to go kill Arbery and adrenaline of the chase got them too caught up to know better. It happens to legit cops also.

They will be convicted of the harshest conviction of murder the da can get to stand along with probably some sort of stalking or terrorist type charge for hunting him down. Probably 30-life for shooter, 20 for the other. BLM still won't be happy regardless of the outcome.

I very clearly stated that you were ignoring the most plausible explanation two posts ago.

That is again your opinion. So maybe I don't see that as the most plausible explanation, but i'm not talking about my opinion I'm talking about what can be seen in the video.

I'm not watching the video but anyone who put's their trust in a cops legal opinion is an idiot. They aren't trained to decipher simple legal concepts, much less complex ones, they are trained to bring the DA "probable cause." So little is expected of their legal knowledge that SCOTUS doesn't even expect them to know how many working brake lights are needed on a car

again if it was their intention to shoot Arbery why didn't they shoot him at on of the other two confrontations?

Only the dumbasses buying into the "he was just jogging" narrative think the McMichaels set out to shoot him.

They set out to harass him into leaving or admit he was breaking into places, the firearms were in case Arbery was armed as well as an intimidation factor.

You’ve been speculating as to what transpired in the missing part of the video for three pages.

All while ignoring the most plausible explanation.

When Travis and Ahmaud are engaged, you don't see the shotgun pointed in the air nor do you see it pointed at the ground.

What other direction could it be pointed in, considering the fact that they're facing each other?

Officer Tatum doesnt do facts very well.

He states that the house was not under construction, that it was already completed and just under a lil renovation.
Then he proceeds to show surveillance video of a house that is clearly under more than just renovation. There's nothing in there but wood panels.

Further along, what he and I think alot of other people are missing is that by the McMichaels own words, they did not see Arbery enter inside the home. They merely saw him running away and suspected he could be the person who alledgly burglarized homes in the area recently.

You cant do a citizen's arrest on someone simply because you think they look like a suspect of a crime.

Also, I kind of think that the McMichaels may change their narrative once in court. They may state that they did in actuality state they saw Arbery enter the house, but there's no way a good prosecution will let that fly.

You'd be able to see the shotgun if it was pointed in the air. You can't.

You'd be able to see the discharge from the first shot if it was pointed at the ground. You can't.

As soon as the shotgun is in view, it's up as if it was pointed.

I mean, is it even an explanation if all evidence supports it? Hell, the video technically doesn't show Arbery charging Travis when Arbery is on front of the truck and out of view. He's obscured by the truck. Should we doubt he was running at Travis?

For someone who claims to not have a stance in this you are certainly performing some incredible linguistic gymnastics in order to cover for the McMichaels.

yes when it was clear I was speculating to give a different view to posters.

I have not speculated about things that can not be seen in the video, i.e. that Travis was pointing the shotgun at Arbery when he came around the truck.

Yep. AA was legally within his rights to defend himself. Don't know what all the hair-splitting is about.

The prosecutor is from Cobb County, GA, which is metro-Atlanta (Marietta is where the courthouse is.)

I would be very surprised if there wasn't a change of venue, moving the case up to Cobb. I don't see charges getting dropped.
