The phone was found under OJO. If the phone was indeed under OJO from right after 12:30am until just after 6:00am the temp drop should be a constant decline. But the drop in temp when plotted against time is not a constant. So the phone seems to be in varying temps (i.e. the phone was not in the same place from 12:30am until 6:00am).

I'm way behind and still on Whiffen testimony about the battery temp. I'm predicting that Alessi is about to nail Whiifen to the wall about the sharp drop in temp of the cell phone battery he showed on his chart.

Whiffen's testimony calls into question some of Jen McCabe's testimony. Jen tesified in the first trial that she searched "its raining men" on Jan 29th. Whifffen tesified that the search was made on Jan. 27th.
