doesn't sound like it, but he was given immunity to talk to investigators and apparently some of the interviews will be played during the trail.

I recently pickup up an Anechoic 35L for a .338 ARC. They are hub compatible and user serviceable titanium suppressors.
weighing in at roughly 10oz i would give Anechoic a look.

A hearing was held yesterday and the judge made almost all of the lawyers show up in person. The judge also ordered every lawyer in the wrongful death case the O'keefe's filled against Karen Read to file a sworn affidavit in regards to any knowledge of leaks of impounded material.
The judge walked in the courtroom, read a prewritten statement then stormed out the courtroom. During the statement the judge threatened to stop the deposition of Michael Proctor, even default judgement or dismissal.
During the statement the judge stated that all of this was essentially about a X post at 2:52pm on June 8th. There are two possible posts that could match that.
One was by Grant Smith Ellis and this post was copies of a filed court doc that was NOT impounded and still available on the docket.
The other post was by Turtleboy that was posted at 10:52am on June 8th (which is 2:52pm UTC). This post was about Proctor being at a mental instution in Florida, but based on the time it was posted it posted before the filing was emailed to all of the lawyers in the case. So it could not have come from one of the lawyers in the case.
But what we do know for a fact now is that Michael Proctor is in a mental institution, and that is probably a good place for him.

How much time do you spend identifying statistical categories in which Tennessee leads during highly specific or nonstandard timeframes?

The text messages of another cop involved with this case have been released now, and they are possibly worse than Proctors text.
For example Sean Goode talks about running the license plate of a 25yr old “smoke” to see how she is.
He talked about sleeping while on detail, and the text have all the same hate as Proctor if not more.

Did the prosecutor put Proctor on the stand ? If so, did he testify at all about Sullivan’s statement ?
Proctor was called by the prosecutor in the first trial and he was not asked any questions about Sullivan's statements.
Proctor was not called by the prosecutor in the second trial. Becuase by the time the second trial rolled around the prosecutors office had Proctor's phone extraction.

Not knowing any details, but can't the lens be broken, yet the light still work?
The current condition of the taillight shows that the diffusers are broken. The taillight is designed with a single small LED that shines into a diffuser, which spreads the light evenly across a larger area. When the diffuser is damaged, it can no longer distribute the light properly, so instead of a uniform glow, you only see a concentrated point of light from the LED.
to short answer your question is no because of the damaged diffusers.

Proctor is an actual racist, misogynist, antisemite cop and you would think the national media would be all over this case.

The house of cards may be starting to fall. There is a guy named Jim Sullivan that is speaking out. He was at one of the bars. He was on surveillance talking with John O’Keefe and Karen Read for an hour the night o’Keefe died.
After meeting with Micheal Proctor. Proctor wrote a report that claimed Sullivan told Proctor that Karen Read was “toasted”.
ADA Adam Lally said that the jury would hear from Jim Sullivan during the trial. Lally meet with Sullivan the day after the opening statement for the first time. When they got to Proctors report Sullivan informed both prosecutors (Lally and Mclaurin) and Tully that he never told Proctor that he said Karen Read was “Toasted”.
Sullivan was never called in either trial and Lally never informed Karen Reads lawyers about his meeting with Sullivan.

No, see tv viewership.
If you had a clue you would understand that in person crowds are not the main driver for revenue. Cool they sell out stadiums but what kind of viewership do the televised games get?
Banana ball is interesting in person. It keeps the crowd engaged but after going to one banana game I won’t have to go to another and I’ll never watch it on tv. Banana ball is made for in person viewing. Tv doesn’t work at all.

Georgia has 3 players in the top 20 of SEC players in pop-up rate, Oklahoma has zero. (highest percentage)
Georgia has 1 player in the bottom 20 of SEC players in pop-up rate, Oklahoma has 4. (lowest percentage)
Georgia has 3 players in the top 20 of SEC players in fly-ball rate, Oklahoma has zero. (highest percentage)
Georgia has 0 players in the bottom 20 of SEC players in pop-up rate, Oklahoma has 2. (lowest percentage)
Georgia has 0 players in the top 20 of SEC players in groundball rate, Oklahoma has 4. (highest percentage)
Georgia has 4 players in the bottom 20 of SEC players in groundball rate, Oklahoma has 0. (lowest percentage)
TLDR: Georgia hits a lot of fly balls; fly balls are easy outs.

Thats some crazy mental gymnastics you have to do to get to that thought process
To be far I was watching the Georgia Super Regional, that was eccentrically a homerun derby, and the announcers were talking about how the trees provide a great back drop for seeing the ball. Then you go to Omaha that is already a tougher hitters park because of the size and wind conditions. It's like a 3 point shooting team being off in the Final Four because of the bigger stadium.
Also remember Texas essentially gave the first game to Georgia since Tinney (sp?) couldn't complete a strikeout.
Also, Georgia did hit some homeruns but how many of them were solo shots? Pop outs are bad outs.
