Not to mention the companies they sub contracted to run the programs. I wouldn’t want felons, drug dealers, prostitutes working the phone lines and handling my “mortgage crisis”

They sold your debt, not your credit score. Pay your fricking bills and they won’t sell it off in the hopes of getting Pennie’s on the dollar.
