It's not hard to find a man who fits those categories besides the money. Of course, he may not "love" NYC, running, and reading. But, the rest is available if the woman actually gives the guy a chance and truly gets to know him.

Self made 27-33 year old that earns up to a half million a year that has time for hobbies.
