Yes, the CATO Institute is well-known for supporting open borders. I'm completely surprised that they managed to massage data enough to support their preconceived results.

Not even melting.
I saw little difference between Golesh, Silverfield, Morris, and the other crop of mid-major coaches up grabs.
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but our program is straight arse to people who aren’t Razorback fans. The current crop of high school seniors were shitting in diapers when Petrino’s motorcycle sent the program into its death spiral.
Any coach that comes here is simply looking to pull a Lane Kiffin - get a couple of years of some success - then jumping ship to a real program.
I hope that Silverfield succeeds so that we can sneak in to the inevitable superconference.

Don't they have their logo on the field and all over rhe stadium?
As mentioned previously, the Walton Family never gave a crap about athletics - and now since the Chancellor search in 2022 - they are pretty much done with UA as a whole.

And also Biddy just posted that he was able to confirm we have an agreement in principle with Golesh.

I’ve said it on here and sure others have two, the Walton’s surely can see that giving some money to help making a winning football environment would help elevate school enrollment which only benefits their business college. Also helps all businesses up there for those game weekends
For all intents and purposes, the Walton family is done with the U of A. They will fulfill any obligations that had previously been set up, but that’s it.

re: Corcoran CEO: Gen Z must stop buying Starbucks to afford to buy a house
Posted by Ronaldo Burgundiaz on 10/28/25 at 1:37 pm to stout
Reasons why house prices are high, no particular order:
- Mass immigration: Increases demand. if you think importing a gorillion Indians (to keep wages low btw) doesn't drive up prices, that would be a sign of profound mental retardation.
- Excessive amount of short-term rentals (AirBnb) and long-term rentals: Restricts supply. Tons of inventory locked away from buyers. Single-family homes should be for single families. Sorry, but not actually sorry.

re: Chris Low: LSU “kidding itself” if it think it can leverage BK to take a reduced buyout
Posted by Ronaldo Burgundiaz on 10/28/25 at 8:16 am to aspiclark
Arkansas tried the cutting the buyout with Bielema after he took the job as assistant secretary to Belichick that paid him next to nothing.
Courts still said we had to pay the buyout. Low is right, Kelly will get his money.

I'll believe it when I see it. The only Walton that gave a poop about the athletic program was Bud.
And with the University thumbing its nose at Walton Family during the last Chancellor search, don't expect much of anything from the Waltons to the UA. Hell, they just announced they're starting their own private University in the old HQ.

I’ve thought since the beginning that this whole thing was just a publicity stunt to try to kickstart his show.
I expect the show to be back in a couple of weeks.

I see a lot of libtards making comments about Kirk's memorial saying things like "all this for a guy who was bad".
I'd like to ask our resident idiots to explain the St. Floyd golden casket tour in 2020. All of that for a career criminal.
During the same time as the golden casket tour, I had to show my newborn child to my grandmother through the exterior window at her nursing home.
I have nothing but animosity for mmmmmbeer and his leftist friends.

Jimmy Kimmel was tragically cancelled. We still do not know the motive of the people who cancelled him, and it's possible there was no political motivation at all. Blaming the right for it is flat out irresponsible and raises the temperature
