In all honesty, bagged, shredded iceberg lettuce is notorious for having parasites and other issues (listeria, E.coli, etc). You're always better off just buying a head of lettuce, washing it and cutting it up yourself.

Screw all of that extra work. I much rather pay 3 times that for some machine to do the work for me and put in a plastic box/bag. Plus, it already says triple washed right there on the container, so you know it's clean.
