re: “Scott Peterson, The New Evidence”

There's about 20 of you guys I'd NEVER want on a jury, if my life were on the line.
Lacy was missing for over 4 months. Pretty much the entire 4-month time, the media was talking about how Scott went fishing and EXACTLY WHERE. So, what did the REAL killer do? He took her body and dumped it where Scott had been. That sealed it.
I've read Mark Geragos' book on this case and there's a lot of info never talked about in the press in regards to the condition of the bodies. A ligature around Connor's neck. Something that could have only been put there if he'd been outside the womb.
Odds are that Lacy was kidnapped, held for a while, gave birth, then was murdered. The killer was smart and saw the media had given him a place to dump the body.
If she had really been out in that bay for 4 months, they wouldn't have found her.
This wasn't the only pregnant young woman murdered in that area in THAT time-frame. Evelyn Hernandez was another young woman of Latina descent that was 8 1/2 months pregnant, murdered, and then dumped in SF Bay. This was only 7 1/2 months before Laci went missing.
I'd almost bet it was a serial killer.
It's easy for any of you to say that you're 100% sure Scott did it. Now apply that yourself as the husband.
I'll guarantee that there are some of you out there cheating on your wife right now. If something ever happened to her, you'd be scared shitless, as mob mentality puts you as the prime suspect.
Follow ALL of the evidence and stop listening to Nancy Grace. She does everything for HER ratings.

OJ was 100% guilty and the travesty of the incompetent prosecutors and judge pining for TV set our court system back years.
It has zero to do with this case.
Have you ever served on a jury. I have 3 times. Once for 2 weeks. I can only rule on presented info.
You realize a lot of things were never presented due to prosecutorial misconduct or incompetence.
Here’s a question for you. The judge let some so called expert testify the size and weight of baby at being 23/24 Dec. This was 4 days after another expert said the range was too hard due to so many variables in last trimester and could only give range of 24 Dec to mid-Jan. The 23/24 info was damming and a key part of guilty.
At the same time, they would not let defense have so called experts show how hard it was to load a body of 154 lbs into truck baed and then move to a boat. They would not let them show how the boat capsized when doing a trial at sea with same weight.
Whats the difference between those situations.

You say smart. You really think that would be smart?

dump the body.
You mean bodies because at that point you claim they were separated.

He was obviously outside the womb but I’m assuming you are suggesting the killer strangled the newborn with it. Would he still be smart to have left it in place?

And yet current modeling using tides/winds from that time frame show the body could not have ended up on that piece of land.
The prosecutors used a model at that time that only used wind not currents and tides.
I also think the defense was at fault for not doing their own expert studies not calling witnesses. They thought they had enough for acquittal and thats on them. In their defense the state gave them over 20k documents late in the trial and they had no time to properly pour over and challenge them.
Defense was fighting public opinion and Nancy Grace hype and a bad prosecutor and lazy judge.

Either great sarcasm or you're a complete imbecile.
Dude didn't want any kids and had a pregnant wife about to give birth, was having an affair, told his mistress that his wife had died, etc. Tale as old as time...

Nancy Grace is all you say she is, but Scott did this.

On December 9, 2002, he changed his story, telling his mistress he lied about never being married.
He then claimed he was actually a widower who had "lost" his wife and that the upcoming holidays would be his first without her. Pretty eerie statement given that Laci Peterson did not actually disappear until December 24.
He is guilty as sin & right where he needs to be.

I just have a hard time with the fact that none of Laci’s DNA, blood, fingerprints etc was found in the back of his truck or in his boat. There’s no way he carried a body out of his house to his truck near the street then transported it into his boat at his warehouse without anyone seeing him in broad daylight. That’s a lot of moving and struggling with a dead body to not leave any evidence at all in a short time frame imo

We need to trust the jury system to be the best way to determine guilt. They aren't always right, but they are almost always right. When you watch a television show afterwards, you are going to be fed a narrative that may or may not match the evidence presented at trial. They may show you other evidence. Some of that evidence may or may not be reliable and, in any event, it will be edited to fit the narrative that the show's producer wants to put forward.

If the prosecutor is corrupt or incompetent then the jury gets bad info. Same with judges.
Do you trust the OJ trial? Corruption and incompetence all around with judge, Prosecutor and even jury.
Do you trust the defendant got a fair trial in George Floyd trial?
I still think its likely Scott is guilty. But so many questions are left wanting. If only one viable witness saw Laci after he left, then he’s innocent.
I started the 4 hr series holding firm on his guilt 100%. After an hour I was still 100%. But the things they brought up in last 3 hours are big questions. I am still at over 50% guilty but never knew about all the missteps and incompetence by prosecutor.

A woman was smoking a cigarette shortly before clocking in at work. Her clock in time stamp was 11am. She thinks it was about 10:45 am when she saw Laci walking the dog.

Answer this question: If he didn't do it, why did he dye his hair and run?
Posted on 7/21/26 at 1:11 pm to OU Guy
Not to put too fine a point on it, but prosecutors such as these are, in large part, former 4th quarter law students who start with the DA's office prosecuting traffic tickets, and then get radically overpromoted due to attrition caused by low pay.
They appear to work very hard and God knows they have few resources to marshal, but the reality is they aren't the best lawyers out there (with exceptions, of course).

The media was on him 24/7. He said he dyed it to hopefully allow him some privacy if I remember correctly. The money he had on him was to pay his sister back for something and the golf course he was going to was in San Diego which is 20 min from the border. He wasn’t trying to flee
