What? There was a van sighted that day and a burglary. The van was found burned up locally. It had a bloody partial mattress with blood stains. The part of mattress that didn't burn was where the gas can was placed. The prosecution didn’t even tell the defense about the van until defense found out years later. The burglars were caught. No one on prosecution even attempted to tie them together. They may not have done it but it was never fully investigated..
So many questions. All of them may be circumstantial but so was the guilty verdict.

I was pregnant with my first child when all this happened. I remember watching everything and reading everything that came out about the case.
I think he’s guilty - I think they both went on the boat together and he killed her in the boat and threw her over. I don’t care what the neighbors say - people are unreliable.
Was the dna on the baby ever tested? Do we know if the baby was Scott’s? Maybe she had told him it wasn’t his and he got pissed.
Yes, my opinions are all fiction and speculation. But that would be easier to set up than anything else.
Supposedly the mattress in the burned out van was tested about 10 years ago (maybe a little longer) and it was male dna found - which is why it hasn’t been allowed to be tested again.
Even if the media is hounding you - you don’t act like Scott did. Like, dyed hair, brother’s ID, several cell phones - but still had to take time to play golf. So weird.

Modesto PD locked in on him in the first 10 minutes of meeting him. Anything that went against their theory was disregarded. At the minimum he should get a new trial for reasonable doubt. Many witnesses saw Laci after Scott left to go fishing. That’s all you need right there

Although when the robbers were tried, the date of the robbery was given as Dec 26

They did. Multiple witnesses saw the white van across the street from her house. Did you watch this doc? They explain her route and where the witnesses were located also

He has a receipt showing his time at the marina. They can come up with a reasonable time he left his house which was before the witnesses saw her walking the dog. Which completely blows up Modesto PD’s theory

The marina was an hour and a half away from his house. He would of had to go back and dump her body lol
