Here's ~$11,700/year for simply existing.

I'm surprised. Bob Johnson is an intelligent person who isn't typically out there whining about how blacks have it too hard or anything. In fact, his whole career has been a sort of, I pulled myself up and did it, so can you, and he has advocated for causes that help bring up young black men.

So IF this were to come to fruition, it should come with the stipulation that all African Americans should be disqualified from any form of public assistance. No more welfare, EBT, Section 8, Medicaid.
I’m sure some people would use the money properly but others would be broke as hell in 10 years. Of course ol Robert Johnson won’t have a plan for the millions that piss their money away.

Saw somebody put the idea out there of an elective reparations fund. Give as much as you need to make yourself feel better, or don't give at all if you don't feel guilty. I know which I would pick, but it would be interesting to see people put their money where their mouth is. Of course we know that whatever the amount, it would fall woefully short of the moving goalposts, and effect no real change.
