You're gonna approach someone that's waved a gun at you?

That's aggravated assault and you could have called the police and given the license plate.

Next time I recommend not driving like shite.

I kid, kinda. I once went around someone going 25 in a 45. They then sped up behind me brandishing a handgun over the steering wheel. I pulled off, jumped back in behind them, and followed them to their destination while updating the cops. Cops showed but I didn't have time to stick around for whatever happened next.

This happened to me in Iowa 5 years ago. I just drove to the police station and he drove away. I did cut him off.

Not surprising in the least.

I’ve been back for a year and a half. Idk what happened but people here drive like they are on their way to a fire. I can’t understand it. I usually go 5-8 over and no matter where I go there’s some jacked up pickup truck on my arse acting like I’m holding up their day.

I try to not let it bother me, just knowing how actually stupid the average person is around here. There’s no reasoning. I just see they are really angry people and I start feeling sorry for them. Speeding off, cutting people off, slamming on brakes. It’s nuts.

I got out of my car at the Wal Mart on Pinhook a few years ago and the other guy brandished a gun.

I left.

I’m going to get my gun out if I see a guy that looks like St James’ Mr Clean get out the car and come over to me.

You should have just said sorry even if you didn’t feel it. It always works for me

Unless their possession of the gun was unlawful at the time the cop showed up (felon, loaded pistol in the vehicle in some states, etc.) or they had previously or were in the process of committing another crime (outstanding warrant, drug possession, etc.), this was a waste of time. Outside of those scenarios, the only evidence a crime had been committed left when you did. Not judging—just was hoping the a-hole definitely got what they deserved after you put in all that work. But who knows, maybe they did. If nothing else, you inconvenienced them.

What a frickin idiot. Only a matter of time until he does that to someone who will just turn around and shoot him first

I’ll never understand people who get terrible road rage. Its so cringe to drive around with people who are constantly yelling and cussing at other drivers

Two people threaten you with a gun, yell at you to pull over to confront you, & then proceed to follow you for 15 mins & you just played it cool didn't call the police or anything.

It was Alexandria. The cops and the DA would have probably just covered it up anyway.

decided to change lanes

Why? Just because? If you’re in a lane and the one you want to change to IS NOT READILY AVAILABLE then continue on until it is without causing others to slam on their brakes. This shite causes most accidents and as you found out road rage.
