Don’t try to do any of the fad diets. Just eat as you always have. cut out snacks between meals. If you absolutely need something have an apple and banana. No juice and soda. No more Starbucks! That crap is full of sugar

Quite well actually jimbo won a championship at FSU and Lincoln Riley was consistent at OU. Yes I remember burrow and the boys spanked him but still he had great success
