About an hour a night 3 tines a week. Depending on the book but quiet time and keeping the brain clicking are just as important as the gym.

Very few laws are enforced which makes them worthless. While people should be thoughtful and neighborly and take responsibility for their actions, those days are gone.
Between people's attitudes and the lack of law enforcement, it's a third world country out there.
