Not that I have experience with the folks to know, but I bet a lot of them have scripts their company's insurance would have to cover. Probably need antidepressants to keep from feeling hurt when people identify them as whatever sex they were born.

And you always have to have a replacement ready in case they off themselves

I don't give two shits about your gender. And I don't give three shits about your sexual preference. Why? Because I am in a work environment.
This. I also don't care about it at restaurants, concerts, or any other public place. It really only matters to maybe your doctor and whoever you are sleeping with imo.

Definitely the right thing to do. Resume's with pronouns are a clear sign of trouble.

Correct. Into the recycle bin.

So companies are doing their due diligence and not hiring dumbasses. Nothing wrong with that.

Yup makes it easier to weed thru the job seekers. Originally thought it was annoying but quickly realized it’s a great time saving tool!

I like my company, but they are "woke." They encourage everyone to put their pronouns in their email signature. I delete every email that talks about this. I have a male name, and I am a male. I don't need a pronoun to address my gender. We are a white-collar company --- but these top-level executives are so "inclusive" nowadays.

Yep. This is my exact work situation and my exact response it. I’ve thought long and hard about what I would do if the mandated it. I honestly think I would quit over if I had any other quick options. I have options, I’m just not looking right now.

I think it’s great when someone includes pronouns. Right off the bat it saves the hiring company the time, trouble and money of needless interviews and possibly missing a real candidate. Anyone using that on their resume is and should be an immediate hard no for anyone looking for good employees

How many job postings require someone with a split personality disorder or requires conjoined twins?

Maybe Dwight could have claimed being a “they” when applying for Assistant to the Regional Manager position.

Yeah, the ‘beliefs’ of delusional people with mental illness are not my concern.

If I am the hiring manager, straight in the trash. A family member of mine mistakenly hired one and it was a week when they realized they fricked up. It was a female who claimed she was non binary and constantly kept changing her pronouns and would fight with the rest of the staff and try to correct customers. Normal people or older people don't buy into that shite. She also was a shitty worker and sadly my family member was afraid to fire her to potentially have to deal with a lawsuit. It took 3 months but she ended up quitting. These people are mentally unstable and unless you have a business that caters specifically to that group they are not worth the headache that they bring with them.

If you have that on your resume in my office, it goes in the trash.

Had one candidate ask me how I felt about the LBQT+ stuff in an interview. I told them what you do behind closed doors isn’t my business and you shouldn’t make it mine either. Interview ended after that.
