Media propaganda has really done a number on you.

You can’t forcibly take over a building, make demands, and then threaten the people who own/operate the building.

That is multiple crimes. All of which are recorded and discussed in this idiots multiple press conferences while illegally occupying a building. If you or I did it, we would be in jail too. This guys just happens to be in jail and being sent out of the country because he violated the terms of his green card.

How is this hard to understand?

What? Are you stupid?

Why would any claim under the deductible be obligated to pay anything? People would get any type of small damage to their roof and immediately file a claim with this endorsement. Based on your logic, if any portion of the roof is damaged, regardless of how little or how much you would automatically be entitled to a new roof. You clearly have very little knowledge how insurance works.

There are a couple SF agents on the board and DCTiger knows his stuff. This agent should be embarrassed by the letter he sent out for how unprofessional it is and looks. Chat GPT could have put something better together.

The article stated the shark launched itself out of chest deep water and took the surfer. Took him by the chest head. Guy probably barely saw it coming before it was all over.

This is amazing!!

I’ve been saying for years the public needs to fund these types of projects. If they love it so much, they should donate their own money to it.

This loser gets a win/win at the hands of Elon and Donald Trump. She purchases a new vehicle to help the economy (and pays taxes on), she donates her current vehicle to a good cause, she gets a tax break from said donation and ultimately supports her cause with her own money, not mine!

I love it. More of this please!!

I don’t think he was talking about generations. I read this as the peace, love, hippies from the 60’s and 70’s who trended Democrat have now become the initial person they stood up to fight when they were hippies.

Not sure it has anything to do with generations but focuses on the different mentalities of that generation.
