Too bad it's not all people putting pronouns on their resume

What a gender fluid remark

There are consultants I work with who have "their pronouns" in their signature, and I like these people. I am convinced their company is making them do this. It's beyond ridiculous. How long until someone gets offended that a white male identifies as "he/him" and calls it toxic masculinity?

But this is true. Because no one who is smart would hire a they/them freak.

Enjoy your laugh now. Some HR units have already started using AI for corporations all across America.

Now you may be thinking what can go wrong? Anyone that has tried using ChatGPT, Bing, & soon Google Bard are all programs that have a progressive bias. This simply means before a human sees your résumé, if at all, it has to go through a biased AI machine.

IMO it will be a short timeframe before the AI realizes. The lack of pronouns in your résumé would indicate you are a candidate it does not prefer.

I wouldn't hire someone with known mental illness. Too many possible issues.

Though the top appliance repair person online is a they/them.

Oh, frick off. The last time I had to hire for a position I threw away every resume with pronouns listed on them, regardless of what they were. Why? Because anyone including them is either all in on that ridiculous "gender fluidity" fricktardery or they're so easily cowed that they just acquiesce to whatever they think people want.

I don't want either of those mindsets in my workplace.

They shouldn't be overlooked, they should be shredded.

I hired an obvious gay young man with painted fingernails. He was just out of school in the field we needed and seemed smart and funny. He didn't use pronouns, and honestly if he did he would've saved us the time. To my utter shock, he was on his phone and painting his nails more than working on the computer. We have a strict 90 day probationary period and let him go within that. He seemed surprised.

There's like 5% of posters on here that don't agree with your ideology, but yet you still feel the need to pre-emptively call them out. You are the teenage girl waiting by the phone for her crush to call.

You can tell he gets all his political opinions from here, and then he melts when someone disagrees with any of them. He’s always been an overly emotional mental midget. When he moved to Houston, he used to melt about Houstonians rooting for Houston teams while he was a dual Lakers/Hornets bandwagoner. He’s just transferred that energy here over the years.

We are going to soon live in a society where if you don't put pronouns it will be overlooked
