I am ashamed to admit this, but I fell for the “my boss had some extra speakers accidentally shipped to him and said I could have them…” scam. Parking lot at the Calendars on Highland. I was only 18 or so but still. Such a blatantly obvious scam. They did sound pretty good though.
I once bought a fake camcorder from a guy in a gas station parking lot. It was just a regular camera in a camcorder housing. I think I paid $50 for it.
I’m an idiot. A moron, A nincompoop.

That was a long time ago and I don't remember making LSD from it even though I was a fan of LSD at the time. Edited to add that it was much easier for me to buy LSD than to try to make it at my parent's house.
I have some friends that made DMT at their house. They legally bought the ingredients from a few online sources. A few of them tried it and said it was mind blowing.
All I know is that they needed some specific tree bark only found in South America, sulfuric or hydrocloric acid, and a distillery. Not sure about the rest.

Depends on what your definition of involved is because apparently we've definitely helped them knock down quite a few of those rockets earlier. To me, that's more "defensive" than offensive but I'm sure Iran does NOT see it that way, at all.
Maybe this is a stupid question but how will Iran know the USA is helping if we don’t fricking announce it?
Can’t we do that behind the scenes?

Why the hell would this be announced?
This is bullshite.

re: If Iran attacks US military bases/personnel and kills our people, is that enough to join?
Posted by supadave3 on 6/13/25 at 12:12 pm
If they kill a single American soldier or sailor we need to level every millitary installation in the country.

The news keeps reporting that Israel doesn’t possess bunker buster bombs. I don’t believe that.
re: ICE protesters lose center stage to Iran bombings
Posted by supadave3 on 6/13/25 at 6:39 am
I think the protest lose steam due to people being distracted by the bombing. Without so much publicity, law enforcement can crack down earlier and harder..

Absolutely unforgivable. We had them on the ropes at that point. Jug Ears was treasonous and sowed the seeds for many of todays problems.

Well then, we’ve identified the problem. They have to go back.
If the employers are aware of their status, prosecute their arse too.

I’m surprised it isn’t spray painted with gang signs. Shocked, actually.
re: Should the Olympics be moved out of California?
Posted by supadave3 on 6/11/25 at 6:42 am
They’re not going to take the Olympics from L.A. of anything, this gives the media a theme to portray throughout the Games to make LA sound like a immigrant Mecca.

re: If you happen to be a naturalized citizen of the US, chime in and tell us your perspective
Posted by supadave3 on 6/9/25 at 1:38 pm
My girlfriend is a naturalized citizen from El Salvador. She’s been in the US for 19 years.
She is highly embarrassed by the behavior shown in Los Angeles. She saw that picture of the guy waving the Mexican flag on top of the burning car and immediately said he should take his arse back to Mexico.
She’s a strong Trump supporter and her friends are pretty much split, some hate him, others love him. Not a lot in the middle. We recently moved in a house and she immediately wanted an American flag hanging out front. I kinda drug my feet on buying and mounting it but after many times asking, she drug me to Sam’s to buy it the week before Memorial Day.
She’s also proudly the mom of a sailor in the US Navy.
So, that’s my experience.

I would assume Americans could and would do these jobs but once the Indians get in a hiring position they only hire their own.
The company where I worked hired an Indian VP and a few Indian Directors. In 3 years, our IT dept has been transformed to 80% Indian. That’s just FTEs and not counting the offshoring of positions to an Indian company. We had large department meetings this last week and seeing all the Indians was eye opening. Really disappointing to see for a Houston born and headquartered company. I have no idea how many are H1-B1 but assume many.

But he was pardoned by Biden. Does his pardon only apply to J6 stuff or was it a blanket pardon? I honestly don’t remember.
Of his prosecution rides on having the pardons overturned, then we’ll likely see no action. I think the auto pen nullification is a very long shot.
I hope that I’m wrong.

Same here and it sucks to not be able to protect your family because of some stupid shite done 10 years ago.
Texas State law will allow me to possess a gun but not purchase one. the Feds still could get my arse on that though.
