So pretty much anyone who’s worried about the price of gas fits into your description above.
Not at all. The ones that don’t know why gas is up, thinks it’s because of something Trump did, while those blaming Trump stated the president can’t control the price of fuel, because it was preached when it was pedo Joe. The reason fuel is up is because Iran is choosing to screw over the world because they refuse to give up the possibility of having a nuclear weapon. Those that refuse to see this, are the same ones that wanted us to fund Ukraine. These are the same retards that can’t see the big picture and rather the Get Trump narrative. Let’s not forget, this has been a problem for over 45 years. This didn’t just happen. Trump is willing to do what it takes to stop Iran. If the price of fuel is up, it’s not because of Trump. But, when peace is through strength is achieved, it will be because of Trump. Those that want to keep the money flowing to Ukraine will never see that but those that see Ukraine as a bullshite money grab will know the truth.

Why would one assume that?
Because those are the people that put America second. The people that supported Ukraine, don’t want borders for America but are worried about the Ukrainian border. They look at the price of fuel as a way to get Trump instead of realizing that Trump is trying to end a war that has been going on for 47 years and all presidential candidates vowed to not let Iran get a nuclear weapon. They are short sighted. One side is America first the other side is supporting anything that is against America first agenda. High fuel prices is a small problem to deal with until Iran folds verses them having a nuclear weapon and dealing with them firing it at American citizens. Then it’s why didn’t Trump stop it.

It’s funny that the ones worried about the price of fuel, are the same ones that told us we needed to send as much of our tax dollars to fund Ukraine to fight Russia. You couldn’t put a price on what we should be willing to give to Ukraine.

Only will be realized after it’s too late. Most still listen to every breadcrumb the media spews. Trump haters think he is the worst simply because he is doing what he promised to do. That’s plenty enough for me to realize he is the greatest in my life!!

It’s funny how every time something goes against the establishment, you can gauge how great it is by who comments and what those comments are. This is awesome, by going by Romney having something to say about it!!

So my wife being paid does not affect WC from still covering medical costs? Can the employee continue to pay her and WC just cover medical? Is that allowed? I’m in LA.

[u]Back to full strength from what? Are you saying she had an underlying or existing condition that could be the actual cause, not a work-related injury?[/u
Pulled muscle and released from doctor. This was totally different injury

Is it possibly owed payroll prior to injury?
No she worked only 3 days she did get. Message from employer to rest assured they would take care of her but to what point. They tell you this after giving you a paycheck hoping that it will all ok then to just not dealing with you because you didn’t follow the rules. Just nervous to what could happen if not done right. She just wants to get better so she can report back to work. Not trying to get over anyone.

Maybe. I've paid things out of pocket for employees to keep from getting dinged for something relatively minor.
Who is to say it’s minor. It’s a back injury. My wife just got back to full strength before this happened

Possibly, but if she hasn’t been to a Dr as of yet they are trying to see how bad said claim is. Unfortunately this is a horrible way to handle it. Company should have immediately notified their agent and that agent should have notified the Comp company that way it releases the employer and puts it in the Comp company hands.
I think they did but to me you don’t make a payment,

I’m an HR manager. Tell the WC company that she was not working. She’s not in control of them processing a paycheck? I’m not sure I’m understanding why you’re concerned about the truth.
Because she has never gone through this before and not sure what is the right protocol. Just want to make sure we aren’t responsible for medical bills that workers comp would deal with because work is making payments when it’s my understanding that Workers comp pays instead of employer.

Should also have taken action immediately.
She did. Called HR immediately after incident. Went to ER after the incident happened then a follow-up a week later. They told her to go to a PT to get them to look into issues. Workers comp is involved but out of the blue, her employer sent a paycheck. I know the workers comp notification hurts the business so I’m wondering if they are doing this to keep things quiet or will this nullify workers comp being involved. Don’t want to get forced to cover medical costs because employer paid her and told workers comp she worked when she didn’t.
