Most of them don't even hate it anyway. Atlanta is one of the biggest gay cities in the country and you rarely hear objections from that community here.

It's part of the ambience. It's like the Soup Nazi. Service is near abusive, and it's part of the experience.
When I go to Popeyes I go inside. It’s always a train wreck. I don’t find them lazy as much as in over their heads.

They’ve been out a lot longer than a week.
The crazy hype has been building for at least a month

The workers are pretty worn out right now.

When you don't live in a shithole, even Popeyes service is nice.
I've lived in cities all over Louisiana and never been to a Popeyes location that wasn't
1) Slow
2) Rude
3) Out of multiple menu items
But I guess Louisiana brings us back around to your point about living in shitholes.

The sandwich has been out well over a month.

The 2 locations I’ve been to in BR, I’ve had great service each time. I was pleasantly surprised.

They should make this a temporary thing like McDonald's does with the McRib
Kindly go duck yourself. There is nothing “seasonal” or “limited time” about a fried chicken place serving a fried chicken sandwich.

They will flat out deny you one of these things and tell they sold out. They will continue to tell you this.

The ones in the nicer burbs are staffed by middle class high school or college kids. It's all about what your hiring pool is.

This whole thing is marketing genius.

Oh it’s not the gays that pretend to hate it. It’s the virtue signaling progs who always have to let you know how woke they are

Agreed.
They’ll come back in even higher demand. People who have been waiting to try it until it calmed down, will now forgo that thought and feel like they have to get one before it sells out again.
