that better include valet parking

That's crazy...

Exactly, what are you paying 7K a month for? It should also include grocery service and dog walking.

You’d basically be a prisoner. Leaving your penthouse means stepping into a third world shithole.

I’d be shocked if it sells for a third of that price.

That's so your guests can help cover the ridiculous monthly HOA fee.

Can't imagine passing a up a small private island or a prime beachfront home to live in a NOLA apartment.

That HOA fee includes access to all of the Four Seasons amenities. garage, valet, room service, dry cleaning, house keeping, gym, pool, etc.

I have a friend that has a 2 bedroom in there, its extremely expensive but its incredible if thats what you want.

At the end of the day the HOA fee is a very small percent of your monthly cost of owning this place.

Friend,

That space looks too cold and uninviting. It looks like something HGTV sells as modern, which you would need to have remodeled in ten years because it will in short time feel so dated. The furniture looks like it is from Target. There is nothing classic or warm about that place, and the computer driving range video game screams nouveau riche. The only feature that is nice is the reading room, which has nice bookshelves. The fixtures, windows, moulding and cornices, just about everything in there was a poor design choice.

Yours,
TulaneLSU

Any of y’all ever stayed in the Four Seasons and experienced the repeated train horns at 2:00 a.m.? Hope that glass is soundproof.
