The same penthouse sold for 13 mil in 2021. Is there really any argument that could be made that it’s appreciated that much in 2 years?

That 13 million got you the shell. Basically got you in the building. The rest of the buildout was on him.

Drop a zero off that price and we have a deal... if I hated my life enough to live in New Orleans.

If I’m spending 4.5 mil, I’m going to be on the water, a couple of boat lifts etc. What is the view like in NO? A muddy river and ghettos?

The person who ends up buying this (or company) already has 10 of those houses. 20 million to them is like 2,000 to you.

They just want another Penthouse in another city they may go to once a year.

IF* it sells, it will go for 5-10 million, maybe. Economy gets better, maybe they can get their buying price back

No ghetto views near there.
One of you gambling addicts should buy it so you can be right across street from Harrahs

You would think someone with enough money to live there wouldn't charge for the drinks.

I was going to post that Wooster place, if I'm spending 20 million on a place, it would be something like that in a much better neighborhood

I pay half of that for my Mortgage over a year.

You're paying 291 for your mortgage? Nice.

There are too many to post, I was just throwing out the first few ones I saw.

Honestly there are amazing places for 5-10 million, too.

Even though it’s older I’d rather be in One River Place all day. The privacy and parking are so much better and that condo would be $4-5-6 million there.

Has anyone mentioned the train and relative noise? 20M to hear a train blow its horn at 3am.
