Who has bought what from stuff posted in this thread?

I’ve probably spent $2500 on items from this thread. I say thank you for your service, my wife would not be pleased if she knew how to open the gun safe.
Poncho Shirts and Yeti Ice Chest

Both way overpriced but their no question asked warranty policies are incredible. I just sent back two beat to shite 10+ year old soft yetis because they had broken zippers and they sent me two brand new ones. I lost a bit of weight and went an XL to a L n in the poncho shirts and I returned 5 shirts that were probably a year or two old and they sent me the next size down.

Tetons and Yellowstone late July

I started a thread a while ago about this trip and have went back and forth on how to book it. It will be my wife and two boys, ages 4 and 6.

Originally I thought Jackson Hole and then staying inside Grand Teton Park and then inside Yellowstone and then Bozeman. 3-4 days in each. Now I'm concerned that's too much moving and will be exhausting for the boys. Also the accommodations inside the park aren't the best and are not ideal for an extended stay of 6-8 days.

Maybe I'm over thinking it. Anybody have any suggestions?
Very difficult to build a house for less than $200 per sqft and the list price is $175 per sqft

Edit: I see it was listed originally 4 months ago at $285 per sqft and has gone through four price changes and a $200k drop in price
22 Raptor 25k miles
02 Excursion with the 7.3 with 340k miles

It’s a thought for sure. But not likely that beachfront owners would accept what the county would offer.

Correct me if wrong, but the beachfront owners did not pay for the line to be moved from the Erosion Control Line to the Mean High water line when Huckabee pushed this in 2017. This new law is just restoring what it always was prior.

Maybe a win for now..... I see this to likely be struck down in appeals or Supreme Court. WAYYYYYY to big of a can of worms to open now. Historically ruparian owners owned to mean high tide, absolutely nothing has been discovered to prove otherwise. The state recognizes it owns below mean high tide. This is tourism money grab by the county/state. You start letting public access to traverse across private property, then where does that end? Can I walk through the middle of your front yard because the county owns the sidewalk adjacent to you? Can I now pop up all tent with a loudspeaker and throw a party in your yard? What's the difference? Granted I have not really read anything about how this is all worded. Just seems prime to use a precedence for future access issues across the state and country.

Maybe read up on it, because you are way off. The public beach access points and deeded points will remain as they are. This relates to being able to go anywhere you want on the beach once you get to the beach, as in left or right. This does not allow people to walk across private property to get to the beach.

People who currently own beach front own to the high water line, so basically all dry sand. Those same homeowners don’t have to pay for the beach restoration of their “private property” that’s the tax payers responsibility. Those same homeowners also dont pay more on their assessments for their private beach.

The tax payers pay for the beach, they should be able to enjoy it.

This is not breaking news as this has been the case for 7 years now. The senate voted 18-2 or something like that and the house voted 82-0 in favor. DeSantis will sign, some homeowners will try to file a restraining order, but at the end of the day this is a win for all homeowners outside of beach front.

I have a place just north of 30A and this has been a long time coming. We were on the verge of selling since the crowds have been so bad since Covid.
That’s two pics I keep seeing, will be offered in different size barrels?
I see PSA just announced the 9mm Jakl is going to be released “very soon”

What’s y’all’s thought?
Man that Banshee is sweet, I’ve been looking at them as well because I have so many Glock mags to go with it.

Anybody have experience with Aero Precision EPC9? I dig the green upper and lower they have.
This has to be a troll attempt, right?
I'm also in the market for this and have changed my mind at least a dozen times in the last two months.

What’s y’all’s thoughts on the new Springfield Kuna?

Guess you have never been to Pier 90 or Des Allmends. 12 -14 footers are common

Agreed. Next time you are on Hwy 90 going from Luling towards Pier 90 take a look at the south side of the Davis Pond diverson bridge. Sometimes there will be 100's of gators there in the current.

PTR Vent 1 is the new hotness in 30 cal, so it’s worth a look. I have a CAT JL that I absolutely love, as far as personal experience. Moving from a Sandman to that for 30 cal options was quite the upgrade.

I came across the PTR Vent 1 via the reddit nerds. I have a supressor for my .22 but would like a 30 cal for my 308 and 5.56 and then will also get another for 9mm. No idea which ones to get.
I’m trying to confirm but I’m pretty sure it was ‘93 or ‘94
Core memory. I was 10 years old and our team was selected to play in a youth game early Saturday morning before LSU. LSU arrives going into our last inning and Skip and a handful of players are hanging out in our dugout. Also that game I hit a ball in the gap that rolled forever and got an inside the park homerun.

Thanks for starting this thread, I haven’t thought about that in a long time. That was 30 years ago.

Spend more of my money. Which 9mm PCC do you like better out of that PSA or Freedom? I was really thinking about a 10” barrel because of how short that mp5 .22 we bought last month is. This will be specifically for outdoor plinking
