I’ve had good service from Chase w/ the Reserve and similar w/ Amex platinum. I’m don’t frequently need much customer service though; both overnight replacement cards when needed....

Hyatt Union Square is nice bc it’s walkable to the village and SoHo, L train to Williamsburg, and so much else....
