I am surprised a mass uprising hasn't happened yet. No matter how brutal a regime is, when people are starving they have no choice to revolt.
If you starve them long enough and in large enough numbers, then they will be too weak to fight. Plus one has to imagine that corruption within their government played a huge role in their inequalities.

Gotta love the groupthink when the downvotes start on an obvious joke.

Lol. One leads to the other. Every time

No. they’re not. If you believe that you’re a fool.

Yet those politicians are too stupid to realize a social democracy only "works" in mostly homogeneous countries with small populations. For example Sweden has the same number of people as North Carolina.
No. it works when you actually enforce standards for actually receiving the welfare, which not a single leftist politician in this country supports. It also works when your security is guaranteed by the United States military and you don’t have to spend any money on your own army. Sweden isn’t a “socialist democracy”. It’s a fraud and mooch. All of the Europeans are.

Interesting that you post this, because every single "social Democrat" I know (and sadly, I know dozens of them), claim to be anticapitalists.

So, basically, the leftists in the US are low IQ imbeciles.

Apparently “social democracy” means purer capitalism, lower government regulation of the economy, a more evenly distributed tax system, and lower per capita government benefit spending.

Sweden is capitalist with a huge welfare state, which gets into a murky definition and socialism is commonly used for these large redistribution societies (b/c property becomes less of an individual thing and more of a state thing)

Venezuela is clearly socialist and was clearly praised by DSA-types like Bernie. the current progressive, DSA-types want to end capitalism

i've argued with many legit socialists/communists (Sorry, "anarchists") over FB the past few months and am ready for all supporters

You see everything in terms of left and right, do you?

The world is much more complicated than that. Please keep your mouth closed while breathing.

This is really no surprise.
During my years on earth, I’ve known a lot of people who have lived and or worked in countries that are now in shambles..,Venezuela, Cuba, Iran, Afghanistan,... and all have said what great places they were in the 50s, 60s and early seventies. Then the nuts took over promising everybody a better life and look what hzppened. And yet to this day, people in this country think that if we could just make America like these places, we would be greater than we are now.
I just don’t get it.

This all day long. Like these kinds of examples should be everywhere. The US media wouldnt allow it to be said though. As when you look at the proximate cause they will have to admit their belief system is horrible.

This is why central american countries like Guatemala are horrid. Im not a Catholic hater, but the Catholic Church has deserve a lot of blame for all of this as they've teamed up with these loons. The current Pope is a clear example.

Another example being Iran under the Shah. Yeah the guy was tough with political advisories that wanted to turn the country into what Jimmy Carter, ended up helping it turn into. The left wing press would have to admit he was a horrible president, and made a big mistake. They cant do that. Obama did a similar thing with colombia, but used the free trade agreement to stick it to them.

The left leadership knows what they are doing, and take advantage of the poor and disadvantage lack of education. Leftist guerrillas up in the mountains of south america are a clear example of this. They have no f-inf clue what they "fight for" anymore, as their leaders are living the life in the city and rubbing elbows.

Sweden is actually far less socialist than they used to be. Know why? They ran out of money.

This goes for all of the Scandinavian countries. All had more robust welfare state programs 20 years ago.

The population ain't so homogeneous any more. That'll tend to effect the money.
