I think increasing the minimum age to buy cigarettes to 21 has contributed a lot to the decrease...no 18 year old seniors buying them for themselves and friends.

I’ve noticed less and less desire to binge drink with the younger generation which I feel is a good thing. Hopefully drinking gets phased out like cigarettes did.

Vaping is included. My nephew and most of his friends are like this. They just aren’t interested. They would rather be playing golf, fishing, etc. It’s different but in a good way.
A lot of them are rightfully scared to death of fentanyl.
Unfortunately, the other 60% are making up for what they aren’t doing.
