When I see these threads, I always wonder what you all are doing for your backs and necks to wind up in such shape.

I'm not sure what led to herniated discs. Maybe running on the pavement for 1,000 miles in my 50s.

My left leg went numb, and I was busy working every day of the week at the animal shelter. Tried to make an appointment to get checked out, but there was a wait of a few weeks.

Went to the emergency room on the recommendation of my brother-in-law. They said I would have to have surgery. I had to wait several months.

I was in the operating room in Shreveport, and they told me I had been bumped for an emergency. Had to go back to New Iberia and wait a few more months.

I have never regained the feeling in my left leg. I walk with a cane.
My dogs do when they can get to food I think is out of reach on the island.

OK, Fabio
Deep down, I'm a frightened person which makes me a skeptic.

However, too many things have occurred - just fell into place - to help me out over the years. There's something behind it IMO

I do not skip leg day on those machines, though. A squat rack would be out of the question.

I've been skipping leg day.

All I can do is extensions and leg curls. I do a lot of cardio. I need to incorporate the aforementioned exercises into my regimen.
I don't know about that. I have some issues. Stay positive, my friend
I didn't get up for good until after 12 p.m. yesterday.

Two weeks of wall-to-wall basketball wore me down.

Whatcha writing on?

Girls and boys basketball state tournaments mainly.
I wrote 38,000 words since Lundi Gras

Tired :violin:
Bossier leads Wossman at the half, 22-20.

I'm just spectating these last two games. A little fatigued.

Thanks!

I’ve not seen one high school bball game in years. I’ve been watching this week on tv. Defense definitely seems to be the name of the game for all the games I’ve seen, including this StA-STM game on now. I’ve not seen many made 3s at all.
Is this the typical state of high school bball these days.

Teams usually struggle at the tournament with outside shooting.

Last year, Madison Prep led Shaw after one quarter 6-0. Final was 39-28
He'll be better for it the next three years. Only a freshman.

I was a fan of Rodney Guggenheim from John Curtis Iowa State signee

Hannan is No. 2.
