Name a good place to eat in a boring little town

I see Bunkie jokes on here quite often so I altered my driving route to go through there once to check it out. I ate at the Bunkie Pizza Shack and it was actually pretty good. I have also stopped to eat in Centreville, Mississippi and loved Vines.

Muddbones in Bonham, TX. Owner is a cool dude and their burgers are hands down the best burger you can get at n establishment.
