Few weeks ago I was in quitman and buddy of mine took me to I think it was called catfish inn but not sure. Was a buffet and damn good fish, slaw, fries, etc.

Way back in the day I'd say Hugo's in Lake Providence. (great steaks, and the owner would walk around playing the trumpet)
There's a great Ice Cream stand in Mer Rouge, best soft serve I've ever had.
