A) you cannot fix broken humans. Do what you will with that conclusion from there.
B) we have renters down the street that literally do the same thing. I like to think we live in a pretty nice neighborhood too, or at least there are a ton of expensive cars and trucks. Trash is trash.

Jesus disturbed everyone and caused plenty of problems.
Today's Christians are soft.

Jesus fixes broken people constatntly.
Generally these people are open to Jesus at the lowest point of their life when a believer shows some compassion (tough love oftentimes) and help.

Hopefully the preacher gives them another chance so we can get more amusing threads out of the deal.
Imagine what rock bottom is gonna be like for these 2.

Have you asked the homeless people at the house if they are vaccinated or not?

One month ministry mission is really, we are taking a month vacation to Washington paid for by the church.

I wouldn't be mad. Just tell him if he ever does something like this again, you'll burn his fricking house down.

Strengths can for sure be weaknesses too. He wants so badly to see the good in people that the reality is they are who they are. He shouldn't put y'all in any situations because he's trying to uncrazy the crazies.

If it was just me, I wouldn't be that mad. He tried to do good and it blew up in his face. Should he have picked a different avenue? Definitely, but most priests by their nature are naïve in their attempts.
If I had a wife and kids, frick no. That is potential violence sitting there, and her going up to your door multiple times means you may be forced to get involved if she runs into your house when he's chasing her.
