Tell me you live in the hood without telling me you live in the hood

That is until Saturday night when I wake up to screaming and fighting and cussing right outside my bedroom window. A male and female are in his driveway yelling every expletive they know at each other. At one point the female walks up to my front door and acts like she is about to knock on my door for some reason. She does this multiple times. Luckily both of my kids are heavy sleepers, but I eventually call the cops because this was continuing for awhile. The cop shows up at a point in which they were inside and sits on the street for 37 seconds (I timed him on my Nest camera) and leaves. They continue to yell and scream at each other for probably another hour.
The next few nights are much of the same. Tuesday night I confronted them and told them to take it inside. They obliged.
Wednesday night the woman laid in my front yard and cried "Please God save me!" for 5 minutes then went back inside.
I have all of this on camera.
Yesterday, I hear a horn blowing and the woman screaming "HELP! HE IS KILLING ME! SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!" I run to the window and see the woman inside a car and the male trying to physically pull her out of the car. I run to and grab the youth sized 20 gauge that I keep next to our bed. I also call 911. The 911 operator obviously talks me out of running outside with the shotgun, but I keep it by my side as I give her details of the situation till the cops arrive. The male is no longer trying to rip the woman out, but they continue to yell and fight.
The male then leaves in the preachers truck. The woman goes inside. Cops show up and the woman refuses to come out.
At this point the entire block is outside and we are all talking. Eventually one of the neighbors gets ahold of the preacher and explains what is happening and he confesses that the couple is a homeless couple that goes to his church that he is trying to help out by paying them to house sit for him. He arranges for them to go to a shelter. The cops take the woman to the shelter. The man is still missing (in the preachers truck).
One of my neighbors wants to hold a block intervention when he gets back to explain to him that this is not cool.
How mad should I be at my neighbor?

This preacher guy actually did something and that he does lots of good in his community
I'll be a contrarian here. He didn't do a good thing. He harmed his community by negligence rooted in selfishness.

And the Preacher's truck reappeared detailed to within an inch of its life, with an oil change and a full tank of gas?
The interior of the house next door was kept immaculate and the dogs are healthy and happy?
No?

Remember that time the elderly couple that lived on Lee and Highland were killed by “the help” and he dumped their bodies at the rest stop in Hammond?
I’ll pass on the good deeds.
