Powered flight above most else.

Without that a lot of other accomplishments aren't possible.

Multiple SEC Championships

For real though, our most impressive accomplishment as a nation has to be the Constitution and the system of government.

Our biggest accomplishment for a single moment might’ve been D-Day or the Moon Landing.

Peanut butter was invented in Canada by Marcellus Gilmore Edson. But they had something similar in South America even before that.

Landing a man on the moon, or the development of nuclear weapons

From a "singular" accomplishment, it is these 2 and nothing else is close for third.

However, the entire concept of self-governance, life, liberty, pursuit of happiness was largely a new one, at least these combination of things in a relatively unfettered matrix, in the late 18th Century and is the true American "miracle". It begins and will end there.

Manipulation of the entire world war situations.

Well executed plan to gain intel, land, bases etc across the world in a time when it mattered.

Now it doesn’t matter as much because the speed of the technology to move people.

And unquestionably the strongest dNa on this planet is right here in America.

Moon landing, first atomic bomb and Voyager I. The Voyager probe gets little to no accolades, though it's a huge technological achievement, in addition to its symbolism.

Washington DC needs to take inspiration from LSU baseball:
