Committee of Public Safety worked pretty well in France, so I'm all for it. Those fellas only cut off a couple hundred heads and killed a few hundred more.

They have police they just don't all carry guns. They also don't have gun rights over there so no one is armed essentially. Now with the muslim hordes moving in they have had to arm up a bit.
