Scaffolding seems to be done at safety levels that wouldn’t be acceptable elsewhere. It’s like everyone agrees to turn a blind eye to it when scaffolders are building scaffold
I’m as pro Trump as they get but that doesn’t extend to Jr, he’s an absolute trust fund baby trying to act like he’s amounted to anything on his own. People accuse DJT of being a trust fund baby, but his resume and skills blow Jr out of the water. Jr is a grifter and we shouldn’t accept him. The only thing he’s done of value is recommend JD

Does a 4th round pick have a better chance at becoming a potential fantasy value than a 6th round pick? Yes
frick that. They don’t deserve exemption from taxes. They’re not providing a service to the state. They’re playing football for much more money than most of the people watching make
The only people putting Kaleb first are those who are stuck on their pre draft rankings. Harvey has better draft capital, better landing spot. It’s the new Mel Kiper question, are we better evaluators of talent than the NFL? I think not. Harvey gets my vote

Like right now most of our OT is gone and you got some guys completely freaking out because they can make their truck payments without OT.

What's the point in having a ton of shite like a camper, big pickup, new SUV for the wife and a bunch of toys if you have to work 500 hours of OT per year.

So operators

The pickup gets used to show off. The rest is mostly for the few days a year they ain’t working
If there’s a way to go into debt, people will do it. Not all people, but a decent number are just absolutely hooked on debt. We really should be talking about debt in terms of addiction and being a vice like drugs but we don’t because every major consumer facing business make huge profits off of it
Dynasty rookie 1st rounds will be heavy on the RBs. Most of the receivers are in murky waters. The TEs went to less than ideal spots. But the RBs landed in pretty good spots for the most part so far

I can see a pullback next week after a strong week, but the bottom is in

He applied for several internships but hasn't heard back from any. This program accepted him yesterday, but we may wait another week or two before he officially commits, just to see if any internship offers come through. I think the summer program experience will be good for him, but it sounds like the internship or co-op would be better towards his career.

He would have a decent idea if an internship offer was going to come through. He should start applying to fall and spring co-ops at every single company he can find and list the REU experience on his resume for this summer, so they know he will be doing something. He may have to graduate a semester late, though LSU has made it a lot easier to do a co-op and graduate on time

For companies to apply to, he can sort publicly traded companies for Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Industrial Gas, Manufacturing, and apply to all of those companies. He should spend a week grinding out awful online applications
Those REUs are only good if he wants to go into a PhD. Or he can use it as a bit of experience towards an internship/coop

If he wants to go into industry, he needs an internship or a co-op. If he’s finishing his sophomore year, this is a critical point for him to do that or he’ll struggle to find something after his junior year. If you don’t have industry experience, you’ll have trouble getting in the door even with a good GPA after graduating
I have never been disappointed there, fantastic restaurant
Congrats on paying for the privilege of potentially paying more money to LSU. This post sponsored by Dudley and Debosier, official injury attorneys of Tiger Sports
