Property values will go to zero,businesses would die within a month,sales taxes will evaporate.No revenue = no city government.Minneapolis would become a Dead Zone and probably kill its county too.

Will be fun to see what Minneapolis looks like after every single business packs up and leaves town.
Honestly I hope they do. I have a few uber liberal friends spouting off what a great idea this is. Would be great for it to crash and burn in real life...far from me of course

No way this will work. The blacks are anti authority whether it's a cop or some pasty arse white guy with a hall pass monitor vest giving out tickets. You just gonna have a bunch of these unarmed peace officers catching arse whoopins. Blacks have the victims mentality and they will never stop pushing it or acting upon it. A mentality where they feel the law should not apply to them.
