Hopefully reverses their backward way of thinking and allows Tesla vehicles to be delivered to residents of LA instead of us having to drive to TN or FL to pick them up.

Can we please fine some shuttered industrial sites for some of this instead of AG/forest land.

Trump wants to fix housing and help with job creation itnwould be to give tax breaks and incentives for brownfield development of industry and houses.

Little Jeffry is converting me over to his side more and more with every one of these deals that get announced. Wish he wouldn't pander in the culture war foolishness, but keep improving the LA economy and I can ignore that.

I never trust him either, but he is doing a great job with attracting major investment.

The last time it was productive farm land was 2006. 1400+ acres was bought by the state in 2006. It sat undeveloped from 2006-2024.
