Hopefully reverses their backward way of thinking and allows Tesla vehicles to be delivered to residents of LA instead of us having to drive to TN or FL to pick them up.

Can we please find some shuttered industrial sites for some of this instead of AG/forest land.
Trump wants to fix housing and help with job creation? Then give tax breaks and incentives for brownfield development of industry and houses.
There are whole suburbs that are sparsely populated amd dilapidated that could be razed and redeveloped.

Little Jeffry is converting me over to his side more and more with every one of these deals that get announced. Wish he wouldn't pander in the culture war foolishness, but keep improving the LA economy and I can ignore that.

Meta Richland Parish is on land purchased by the state to attract Toyota almost 2 decades ago.

The last time it was productive farm land was 2006. 1400+ acres was bought by the state in 2006. It sat undeveloped from 2006-2024.

It's not foolishness. It's real. Does he actually understand that, though? Does he actually care? Could he make a positive influence in the culture war? Probably no, no, and no. But it is very real. Just FWIW.
